I teach yoga through the lens of Ayurveda, encouraging students to practice svadhyaya (self-study) in every class as we each learn to balance our body-mind-energy system using asana, pranayama, meditation, and more.
I teach my students to use these ancient yoga techniques in our modern lives, empowering them both on and off the mat with tried and true methods that strengthen and balance the body and nervous system.
I am especially adept at teaching beginners and mixed level students, offering clear alignment cues, and offering insights on how we can use yoga in our everyday living.
Yoga exists in the world because everything is linked.
